Before you write about an order

- A photo, if the item arrived damaged or isn't what you expected

- Where's my order? Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking hasn't moved in 5+ business days, email us and we'll chase the carrier for you.
- I want to return something. You have 30 days from delivery. See our Refund Policy, then email us your order number.
- Will I pay customs fees? No. Any duties or import taxes are already included in the price you paid at checkout.
